Brian Kisko ... you can adjust your mediums pH to more acid by the addition of droplets of dilute acid. Dilute hydrochloric is prefered, but you can also use white vinegar or citric acid if you are doing this at home. To raise the pH to more akaline levels you can use lye ... sodium hydroxide, or baking soda.
